• Shampoo and rinse hair, then squeeze out excess water — hair should be damp, not dripping.
• Apply a generous amount of Icy Blond Conditioner evenly through the lengths and ends.
• Comb through to distribute the pigment uniformly so the toning result stays even.
• Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes for a standard tone, or longer for a bolder cool-toning effect on porous hair.
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear.

Tips
